Rainbows

Rainbows, Diamonds, Butterflies and Angels

We spend a lot of time chasing rainbows, because they symbolize the start of a new fresh start, a new beginning after the storms have passed. Picture as an eerie, creepy darkness settles over you and casts and black shadows all around you. Thick dark, gray storm clouds starts to form and hoovers above you blotting out the light of sun.

Day turns to night.

Heavy rains begin to fall, torrential winds begin to howl like an angry pack of hungry wolves, blinding bursts of lighting flashes across the sky and the deafening sound of thunder disrupts the peace and quiet.

It sends hair-rising shivers through the heart of both man and beast. All your plans are put on hold, your whole world comes to an stop, as fierce winds and rains begin pound the ground beneath your feet. The ground is slippery and slick, it's hard to keep from sliding and falling.

A dark depressing mood replaces the happy sounds and the songs of busy people. The world comes to a grinding halt, everyone ducks and runs for cover seeking shelter wherever they can find it. All the laughter and the joyful music stops. And then just when it seems like the storms will never end...the sun once again breaks through the clouds, chasing, scattering and dispersing the dark gray clouds in every direction, driving them off the face of the earth. But the sun did not come alone, it bought along a friend, it is accompanied by a beautiful rainbow.

Rainbow represent the promise of a new brighter and better tomorrow. It is the promise of a new day of hope and promise. They are a sign that the dark, stormy bad days have come to an end. They are a guarantee that no storm will last forever.

The bright colorful bars of the rainbow brightens our mood and lifts our spirits high. Soon, we forget about all the troubles and the misery that the storms bought into our lives. Rainbows symbolize hope and change, is symbolizes better, brighter, happier days. It tells us to hang on to hope and to believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that things will get better, that change is on the way if you can hang on for just a little longer. Blessing are soon to come, there is a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow. Like the songs goes; why are there so many songs about rainbows and what's on the other side?

Here are some poems about rainbows, Rainbow appear after mighty storms

when things look their very worst, when the skies are the darkest gray, look for the rainbow first.

The rainbow is a promise that God will guide us through our darkest day and all our trials, no matter what be their form, when you feel harassed by life's storms and are filled with doubt and dismay.

A rainbow appears on a gray dismal day, to brighten the world before slipping away and bringing new hope before fading away.
