It's time to change the voice  inside our heads.

The people who can still smile in bad times, don't see themselves as victims, they see themselves as survivors. They feel strong and powerful, because they were able to claim a victory no matter how small in a very bad situation. They were able to somehow turn their heartache into a blessings and an opportunity.

They know that there are two kinds of problems comes into your life, there will be problems that come into our life that you can change, solve, correct, and do something about, and there will be problems, that no matter what you do, you will not be able to change or do anything about, except, to accept them, and learn how to mange them and then get on with the rest of your life. Once you learn that lesson you will be a lot more happy.

They have learned, that we don't have to put our lives or our dreams on hold when bad things happen, although we may have to find and figure out another way achieve them and make them happen. Our Plans may change, but our dreams don't always have too. We can still find happiness and success even, when our lives turn out a lot differently then the way we planned, expected or hoped they would.

Challenges often tests our limits, some people thrive on challenge, that is why some people climb mountains, or swim across shark infested oceans, that is why some people surf or run marathons or sky dive, to challenge themselves.

They push themselves to their limit as far as their bodies will take them and when they reach their limit, they push themselves even further, and every time they succeed, they grow more confident and more determined.

And as their confidence grows they push even further, well past their comfort zone, that is when they truly begin to flourish and blossom.  That, is a far cry from when they first started. Many of them were just like us, they had doubts and fears, apprehensions, worries, disappointments and frustrations, but they pushed through them, they believed, they lived and they practiced the words that many people are always quoting: I don't quit when it starts to hurt, I quit when I'm done.

They don't have special powers or superior supernatural strength, they are happy and positive because of the way they deal with their troubles and their pain. I'm sure that in the beginning, many of them felt the way we do, they had that same negative voice in their heads whispering to them, that they didn't stand a chance, that their life is over, that they were not good enough or strong enough to deal with the challenge, that they would never succeed, and that they didn't have what it takes.

They stubbornly refused to pay attention or listen to that little voice, instead they pushed on. And by doing so the real magic begins to happen, they begin to erase every trace of those old negative thoughts and messages, they begin to record over them and replace them with them new positive messages. That doesn't happen all at once or over night, you cannot wave a  magic wand and make all your troubles, cares and worries disappear, it happens a little bit at a time, with every small success and every small progress you make. The real magic starts to happen every time you overcome a problem or a challenge.

The minute that you decide to change how you think, and change your attitude about life, everything else will start to come together and fall into place in your life, and a new voice will begin to speak even louder than the old one. Eventually, it will begin to speak so loudly, that it will drown out, every trace of the old voice, as it begins to fall silent. There is a quote that says; When we walk out of a storm, we will never again be the same person who walked into it.

If you let it, the past will eat away at you like a cancerous tumor. It will be like a slow poison that devours you from the inside out. Letting go of the past won't be easy, we begin by changing the dialog and the conversations in our head. Once we do that, we  begin to change our lives. When change the way we see things, we change the way we think about things, and the world becomes a bigger, brighter and a much happier place, and our lives become more meaningful, richer, more satisfying and fulfilling.

It will not be quick or easy, but it will be worth the effort. The rewards, the fringe benefits, the satisfaction and the blessings we receive will be far beyond what we can ever imagine.
