There are three essential ingredients to happiness

How do I find something meaningful to do? First determine what's important to you. Be self-aware and focus on the things that brings you the most satisfaction and joy. Live with kindness and compassion, find a way to give back.

Identify your strengths and how they can benefit you and others. Try to make sense of your life, take the time to examine yourself, your motives and the reasons that you make the choices and decisions that you do. Live with a purpose. Take pride in everything you do.

Try new things, learn new things, reach out and meet new people who are different from you. Change the way you look at people and at the things around you, try a new approach to life. Try to find the good and the positive in people, don't focus on the negative. Don't be satisfied doing the same things over and over. Do the best at whatever you choose do. Take responsibility when you fail at something and try to improve.

Surround yourself with positive caring people, who will accept you for who you are, and won't try to change and remodel you. Cultivate strong friendships with people of good moral character, who have good values and make you a better person. A meaning life requires work and effort. A selfish life, full of selfish pleasures is a unfulfilling, unsatisfying life that will lead to emptiness and loneliness. Live a life of integrity, even when it's not popular or easy.

Be yourself, don't live your life to try and please others. Be who were meant to be, find ways to express who you are as a person, the real you. While you are finding ways to be yourself, find ways to reach out to others. It is the millions of tiny things that you do for others that will make the biggest difference and impact for them and for you. Make a positive difference in someone's life.

One day, you may find yourself lying on your death bed, asking; What did I accomplish with my life? What kind of legacy, did I leave behind? What will people say about me when I am gone? If you don't like the answers, it's not too late to do something about it.

You can change your life by asking yourself; What are you focusing on? Is it making your life more meaningful or is it a distraction? If your life isn't want it to be, change the way you look at life. When difficulties and hard times come, realize that they are an opportunity for you to realize your full hidden potential. If a problem can be solve, then why worry about it, if it can't, then worrying about it, will not do you no good anyway ?

The longer I live, I realize that my relationships, not things, are the most important thing in life. You make life more meaningful and rewarding by doing the things that you love, with the people you love. Life is a mountain, your goal is to discover the best path to the top. If you can't be honest and truthful with yourself and with others, there will never be meaning in your life. Don't live your life out of habit, live your life with intention, direction and purpose, and do more things that make you forget to check your phone.

You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start from where you are and change how your story ends. Happiness is not determined by what's going on around you, it's determined by what's going on inside of you. Great things begins inside of you, not outside of you. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever could. You must learn to venture out beyond your limits, if your life is going to be meaningful. A ship in the harbor will always be safe, but that is not what ships were built for.

We must let go of the past if our life will ever have meaning. The past is a place of reference, it is not a place where we reside. The past is a place for learning, it is not a place to live. Don't live everyday drowning in sorrow and regret, it only makes us regret the present, learn from the past and move on. We fall, we break, we fail, then we rise, we heal and we overcome. Life becomes much more meaningful when we realize that we can never relive or repeat the same moment twice. So let's make the most of each moment that we have.

Every meaning moment of our lives provides us with a vital piece of the puzzle and a clue to which direction our lives should take. The more meaningful experiences we have, the more pieces of the puzzle we will discover. Sometimes, the pieces won't seem to fit and your life may not make much sense, until you've collected enough pieces so that you can begin to see the big picture. At that point, and time you will finally understand the meaning of your life.
